Here is what I’d like students to do if absent.

If you have a computer and access to the internet:

Write a post on Kidblog, at least two paragraphs long, about your day at home.
Spend 30 minutes on IXL, or 15 minutes on IXL and 15 doing a game on Everyday Math site.
Complete 1 story on Raz-Kids.com
You will be bringing your history book and notebook home every night, so if there is homework for history, you will be able to do it.

If you don’t have a computer:

Write a math word problem dealing with the current math topic.
Write 2 paragraphs about your day.

Read for 30 minutes and write a short paragraph about what you read.
